Custom Wordpress Plugin allowing the admin to create the form for visitor registration in Singapore with custom fields for NRIC & Select Country. Form shortcode can be embedded on any page with an option to validate the NRIC number and submit the form only if it is valid and selected country is Singapore.. The plugin is already integrated into the website by the client

Plugin Features

Create form that generates a shortcode which can be embedded on any page

Admin can create forms and shortcode is generated for each form that can be embedded on any page.
Custom fields i.e. NRIC and Select Country can be used to add the NRIC field and Select Country field in the form.

NRIC - To add a text field for entering the NRIC and validation using the API. Shows the entered NRIC is valid or not when the selected country is Singapore. Select Country - To add a Select dropdown to add the countries list, in which Singapore is already added in list.
Visitor log list is generated for each form with each new record submitted through the specific form ID.

For each FORM ID, a visitor log is generated and all records entered by visitors are saved in specific form ID visitor logs.
Visitor Log CSV download and import CSV with updated information

On visitor log page, admin can download the CSV of all visitor logs of form and can also import the log CSV with new entries and updated log data that would be reflected in the existing logs.
NRIC Validation and pop-up message settings

Admin can also make settings for NRIC Validation on forms and pop-ups messages to be shown on Success and Failure.
