OUR TERMS

The terms and conditions is setup by the parties (we and you) prior to the project start and both will require to comply to the terms decided beforehand in case of any changes as mentioned below.

  • The legal rights, copyright required to put any information in the project is required to be taken by the client, in any case you will be responsible for the data provided for inclusion in the project if found illegal.
  • We will not be held responsible in case for anything adversely affecting the Client's business operation, sales, or profitability that might be claimed is a result of a service offered by us.

PAYMENT TERMS

The terms and conditions is setup by the parties (we and you) prior to the project start and both will require to comply to the terms decided beforehand in case of any changes as mentioned below.

  • The payment terms are strict and is generally the project cost divided among milestones , the milestones are paid in advance.
  • The payment terms for hourly contract is that a fixed amount is deposited and sent in advance, we have a time tracker method where you will be added and the corresponding hours for the payment done will be delivered. The process will be repeated for all hours decided.
  • Your project will only be switched to 'live' mode when it has been paid for, in full.
  • The work thus defined is identified from higher level of specifications to lower level of specifications and is followed completely.
  • Any variations in the project requirements if any will have to quoted separately and will incur additional costs.
  • We own all design and code of the website until final payment has been received in full. On receipt of final payment full ownership of the site files are handed to the client, this includes all design, branding and code.

COMMUNICATION TERMS

Communication is made by various resources mentioned below :-

  • Our preferred way of communication is emails and skype (text chat) and if needed voice or video calls.
  • Our working hours are 10am. to 7pm. IST Monday to Friday and we have less than 30 minutes response time in working hours and less than 24 hours response time in off working hours.
  • In case of any non-contact timelines between you and us the project will be paused if the information is not provided earlier and the payments are stopped for the work performed.We generally follow 1 week follow up principle and have milestone setup timeline updates for milestone based project.

  • However, we are rightly available in case of any emergency situations - subject to your maintenance or work contract.
  • For hourly projects we have regular updates and daily time tracking measures for client to track and review the work done.

WORK TERMS

  • The contract setup and agreement thus decided among the two parties (we and you) will hold up for the work terms as this is subjective to the nature of the project.
  • We offer support for a defined period to check the functioning of the development thus made, subject to the work contract.
  • The delay of information from your end will be not be considered in the deadlines defined and will thus be not used against any contract terms obligations.
  • We have the right to withdraw the contract in case found the contract as illegal or not as per the defined rule of law of the land.
  • The amount refund is subjective to the tasks performed by the developers and we do not assure to refund the amount deposited in case of any project specifications disagreements after the project starts.

All the disputes are subject to the Chandigarh jurisdiction only.
